“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” returns in July with a new season and the first-ever collaborative album

MTV’s beloved docuseries Love and hip-hop: Atlanta is set to make its highly anticipated return on Tuesday, July 23 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Known for delving into the lives of Atlanta’s music industry elite, the show will feature a dynamic cast including veterans and newcomers.

The upcoming season focuses on the cast’s musical aspirations, culminating in the creation of the first ever Love and hip-hop album. Collaborating artists like Spice, Rasheeda, Renni Rucci, Scrappy and more will showcase their talents while tackling personal challenges related to family, career and relationships.

Rasheeda and Kirk Frost, fresh off a successful fashion show, continue their foray into the fashion world while facing complications with Kirk’s ex Jasmine over child support. Spice, who is celebrating 25 years of music, aims to create a legendary album, setting high standards for inclusion. Meanwhile, Renni Rucci shares her pregnancy journey and Saucy Santana focuses on her music and advocacy within the LGBTQIA+ community.

New storylines include Bambi embracing “new beginnings” after Scrappy and Karlie Redd navigating relationship dynamics with entrepreneur TLo amid personal challenges.
