BROWNSTOWN MAN ARRESTED BY DRUG TASK FORCE

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man was arrested in a drug raid after allegedly selling crack cocaine to an undercover agent and informant on multiple occasions.

According to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, Phonxay Douangsouri of Brownstown was arrested for suspected possession of 28 grams of meth and 49.5 grams of cocaine.

The Lancaster County Drug Task Force began its investigation in March after several purchases were made from Douangsouri, prosecutors said.

On June 11, a search warrant was executed on Douangsouri’s home, garage and vehicle. Investigators found cocaine (crack and powder), methamphetamine and $6,785 in cash.

Douangsouri is currently being held in the Lancaster County Jail on a $250,000 bail set by District Judge Jonathan Heisse.

The Drug Task Force was assisted by the Pennsylvania State Police, Department of Homeland Security and West Earl Township Police Department.
