Geneva man arrested for drunk driving – Finger Lakes Daily News

According to Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies, 26-year-old Matthew McCarthy of Geneva was arrested following a hit-and-run accident.

Officers responded to the report of the accident and went to Lake to Lake Road and Kearny Road in the Town of Gorham.

According to police, McCarthy drove off the road and struck a vehicle parked in a driveway on Lake to Lake Road.

McCarthy was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage.

He will appear in Gorham City Court at a later date.
