Woman arrested for drunk driving, car accident with 9-year-old child in the car

According to police, a Freeport woman is accused of driving while drunk and causing an accident with her nine-year-old daughter in the car.

The incident occurred shortly before 6 p.m. on Sunday in North Amityville.

According to police, Orfa Coccoc rear-ended another vehicle on Route 110.

The other driver was taken to hospital.

The 9-year-old was also taken to the hospital. Coccoc faces several charges, including drunk driving with a child.
