Nampa Police Investigate Fatal Crash Near Ustick Road

NAMPA, ID – On June 23rd at 3:09 p.m., Nampa Dispatch was notified by the Canyon County Sheriff’s Department Dispatch of a single-vehicle rollover accident near the intersection of Ustick Road and North Treeline Avenue.

According to police, the vehicle crashed into a power pole and knocked down power lines, which sparked a bush fire near the overturned vehicle.

Nampa Fire Department personnel were first on the scene and extinguished the fire, but the only occupant in the vehicle was dead. The victim is a 17-year-old man from Nampa.

The investigations are still ongoing.
