Crimestoppers offers reward after murder of 3-year-old boy

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) – Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to $7,500 for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the person(s) responsible for the homicide of 3-year-old Ramone Carter.

Carter was shot Friday night while attending a family gathering on Domedion Avenue in Buffalo. The boy was rushed to ECMC by Buffalo Police officers and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Her 7-year-old sister was also hit by gunfire and was treated at Children’s Hospital for a graze wound.
