Biden could be ‘prosecuted’ for illegal immigrants entering the US who have raped and murdered women

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said during an interview over the weekend that President Joe Biden could face criminal prosecution for the impact of his historic border crisis if the U.S. Supreme Court rules that presidents do not enjoy immunity from prosecution.

Graham made the remarks during an interview with Shannon Bream on Fox News on Sunday to discuss the impending ruling.

“Most Americans believe they are no safer under President Biden than they were under Trump,” Graham said. “(Senator) Chris Coons, a dear friend, said there is a good argument to be made that you are safer today than you were under President Trump. If you believe you shouldn’t be allowed to drive, that is stupid. That is dangerously wrong. The border is beyond broken. There are wars in Ukraine. The Middle East is on fire. When it comes to enforcing the law, Joe Biden is beyond reckless. He passed a parole law that is inherently limited and granted parole to a million people.”

“Laken Riley’s killer was released on parole because they were beyond criminal responsibility in El Paso,” he continued. “They released him under the parole law because they were full. There’s nothing in the law that says you can go because you’re full. And he killed that woman. And so on and so forth, all of these women who were raped and murdered have one thing in common: the people who killed them, raped them and murdered them were in our custody and were released, I believe, illegally. So Joe Biden better hope and pray that there is presidential immunity, because if he allowed Laken Riley’s killer to be released on parole due to lack of criminal responsibility, then I think he is not only subject to a lawsuit, but to criminal prosecution if there is no presidential immunity.”
