One dead in motorcycle accident in Licking County

MARY ANN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WCMH) – A man died Sunday morning after a motorcycle crash in Mary Ann Township in Licking County.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said Adam T. Messerall, 41, of Frazeysburg, was riding a 2012 Harley Davidson Road Glide north on State Route 79 at about 8:10 a.m. The motorcycle went off the left side of the road and into a ditch, police said.

Messerall was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.

The State Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Licking County Sheriff’s Office and Mary Ann Township Emergency Services.
