Millionaires and real estate brothers hit by new allegations of “gang rape”

More gruesome allegations were made Tuesday against a trio of brothers involved in luxury real estate, one of whom was the man who brokered the world’s most expensive residential real estate deal for Ken Griffin in 2019.

In a high-profile lawsuit filed in Manhattan, a woman claimed she was raped by Tal and Alon Alexander in 2012 “in a coordinated sexual assault that was planned and facilitated” by her other brother, Oren, who allegedly sat and watched.

Although several women have sued Alon and Oren Alexander for sexual harassment, and more than 30 women have reportedly come forward, Angelica Parker’s lawsuit filed Tuesday is the first to name each of the three brothers.

“Today’s lawsuit is intended to send a message that the law applies to the very wealthy and well-connected, including the Alexanders,” Parker’s attorney Michael Willemin said in a statement to The Daily Beast. “We applaud Angelica’s courage in speaking out, because we have no doubt that the Alexanders will assemble an army of PR reps and private investigators to launch a campaign to expose the victims.”

However, the lawsuit is not the only allegation that was made against twins Alon and Oren Alexander on Tuesday. Additional allegations dating back two decades also surfaced in a report by The Wall Street Journalpublished a week after Alexander, 37, quit the real estate company he co-founded after two lawsuits accused him of “heinous” sexual assaults that were “cruel and intolerable in a civilized society.”

A source close to Parker’s legal team told The Daily Beast that Tal reportedly sent an email to colleagues on Sunday saying, “I have little doubt that given my close relationship with my brothers, at some point a lawyer or many lawyers will try to implicate me in the allegations against Alon and Oren.”

“When he made this statement, Tal was already aware that Ms. Parker intended to file this lawsuit, and his statement was nothing more than a PR stunt designed to ‘get ahead of today’s filing,'” the source said.

In a statement to The Daily Beast regarding Parker’s lawsuit, a spokesperson for Tal Alexander said, “It is unfortunate but entirely expected that extortionists will band together in light of the allegations against Tal’s brothers.”

“However, Tal has done absolutely nothing wrong, and anyone spreading outrageous lies in the hope of a quick payday will be disappointed,” the spokesman added.

The lawsuit alleges that Parker met Oren Alexander in 2012 and had a brief relationship with her. One fall evening at Oren’s New York City apartment, Oren and Alon allegedly asked Parker and her girlfriend if they wanted to take Ecstasy. When they declined, Alon made the women drinks before “starting to hit on Parker’s girlfriend” and “groping her,” the lawsuit says.

The boyfriend was unsettled and allegedly left the apartment but remained in the building’s stairwell before becoming concerned about Parker’s safety. Once in the apartment, however, Parker was raped by Alon and Tal Alexander “despite their very clear verbal protests,” according to the indictment. Afterward, according to the indictment, Parker successfully left the apartment.

“In the years following the rape, Ms. Parker encountered the Alexander brothers frequently, as they had many mutual friends and acquaintances,” the lawsuit states. “During this time, the Alexander brothers made various defamatory statements about Ms. Parker and baselessly told their friends that they had had sex with her, without, of course, explaining that the entire event was a staged gang rape.”

The lawsuit states that years later, Tal “barged in” on Parker while she was alone in the guest room of another house and tried to attack her, but she managed to yell at him, and he allegedly relented.

“Tal nicknamed Ms. Parker ‘The King’s Rat’ because she arranged for him to be thrown out of the house that night,” the lawsuit continues.

Parker’s allegations of abuse reflect the statements of the five women who diarywith some claiming Oren Alexander’s history of sexual assault stretches back to high school. In one of the more recent incidents, an aspiring model said she was raped by Oren Alexander in his New York City apartment in 2017 after he instructed her to put on virtual reality goggles.

The woman, whose name was not released, said she put the goggles on and shortly afterward “ripped” her dress. Partially incapacitated by the goggles, she claimed Oren Alexander began raping her even though she was “crying and begging him to stop.”

Another woman who diary She identified herself as a real estate agent from Miami who moved in the same elite circles as Oren and Alon Alexander.

The realtor told the newspaper she was with Oren Alexander at a Miami nightclub on the night of her alleged assault in 2017. She said she went to his house later that evening, where she accepted a drink he poured for her.

Shortly afterward, the woman said, she and Oren Alexander became consensual and intimate, but when they went into the bedroom, she recalled feeling sick. As the room spun and her vision blurred, she told Oren Alexander she didn’t want to have sex and wanted to sleep off the alcohol.

However, the woman said Oren Alexander did not tolerate this and told the diary that he instead lunged at her and raped her. She said she did not tell police about the incident because she was afraid they would not believe her, since she had voluntarily gone home with Oren Alexander.

A third woman, who was diary claimed she was raped by Oren Alexander 20 years ago when they were both in high school. The woman said she and other girls were invited to Oren Alexander’s house for a party, but when they showed up, only five people were there – three Alexander brothers and two of their friends.

The woman, who remained anonymous to the newspaper, said the brothers gave each girl alcohol and separated them before raping them.

These reports have added to the already shocking number of rape allegations Alexander is facing. Over the weekend, an insider told Page Six that Alexander took cocaine to parties to give to women before trying to sleep with them.

The sexual assault claims against Alexander and his brother followed a similar pattern to the one described by the insider. One of the women claimed that the brothers slipped drugs into her drink in 2010, when she was 18, before taking her home and raping her.

Oren Alexander has vehemently denied any wrongdoing and dismissed the lawsuits against him as nothing more than “baseless civil allegations.”

“I am confident that through review of the extensive evidence, including text messages and other communications, the truth will emerge,” he wrote in a statement on Instagram last week.

When contacted by the diary Amid a flood of new allegations, Isabelle Kirshner, an attorney for the Alexander brothers, declined to comment, according to the newspaper. Instead, she reportedly issued a statement about the lawsuits they face.

“Our preliminary investigation into the allegations has revealed clear and irrefutable evidence that vindicates the Alexanders, which we are happy to present in court,” she wrote. She did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Daily Beast.
