Former Bristol police officer promoted to lieutenant colonel in Connecticut State Police | News

MIDDLETOWN – Former Bristol police Officer Christopher Fongemie was promoted from the rank of major to lieutenant colonel by the Connecticut State Police on Friday.

“Today marks a significant milestone for the Connecticut State Police as we celebrate the promotion of Major Christopher Fongemie to lieutenant colonel,” said Ronnell A. Higgins of the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) and Deputy Commissioner Col. Daniel Loughman in a statement.
