The FBI raids the home of an Albuquerque police officer. KOAT STEPHANIE MUNIZ WAS ON THE. SCENE IN LOS LUNAS ALL DAY, LEARN WHAT HAPPENED. People in this neighborhood of Los Lunas tell me it’s usually pretty quiet. BUT ANOTHER STORY THIS MORNING. ALONG THE ROAD. There were several federal agents who parked and raided a house. We confirmed through property tax records that the home is owned by an Albuquerque Police Department officer. We are not naming this officer because no charges were filed during the raid. We saw agents taking photos of the inside and outside of the home and an APD unit parked in the driveway. THIS APD UNIT WILL BE TOWED LATER. We reached out to APD for comment, but they referred us to the. US ATTORNEY’S OFFICE IN A STATEMENT. They told us, quote, we could confirm the activities of federal law enforcement. AT THIS LOCATION, CONDUCTED IN FULL COOPERATION WITH THE ALBUQUERQUE POLICE. However, we decline to comment further. END OF QUOTE AFTER THE MAJORITY OF YOU WERE HERE AT THIS LOCATION. That day, we saw law enforcement from the FBI and Albuquerque Police Department enter the home and collect some items. MEANWHILE SOME NEIGHBORS IN THIS AREA.
