One makes online threats and is arrested by the MPD on unrelated warrants

After a thorough investigation, officers were able to identify the person responsible, against whom, according to MPD, there were also arrest warrants.

MEMPHIS, Tennessee – Memphis police said a man who made threats on social media Saturday was investigated and subsequently arrested on other, unrelated warrants.

Early Saturday, a post was published referring to the tragic shooting that occurred on September 7, 2022, for which Ezekial Kelly was charged.

In that post, a user who identified himself as “Huncho Cinco” said he was “about to pull a zeek” before writing what appeared to be brief farewell messages to family and friends.

According to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), after a thorough investigation, officers were able to identify the person responsible, against whom there were also arrest warrants.

According to MPD, investigators were able to arrest the person in the 3100 block of Madewell.
