41-year-old found dead in Kentucky Lake | Kentucky

AURORA, Kentucky – A 41-year-old man was found dead in Kentucky Lake on Saturday.

According to the Marshall County Rescue Unit, the man was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The area was near Cedar Point Road, an area north of Aurora.

Several area first responders were on scene and assisted with the location, including the South Marshall Fire Department, Kentucky Fish and Wildlife, Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Trigg County EMS and Marshall County Emergency Management.

An autopsy is scheduled for Sunday in Madisonville.

“Prayers and condolences to the victim’s family,” Marshall County EMS said.
