2 dead, 2 injured in crash near LAX – NBC Los Angeles

Two people were killed and two others injured in a two-vehicle accident on Freeway 105 in El Segundo near Los Angeles International Airport on Saturday.

California Highway Patrol officers responded to the westbound freeway at the Nash Street exit at about 2:56 a.m. and found one of the vehicles had left the exit ramp and collided with another vehicle in the FedEx Air Freight employee parking lot at LAX, CHP Officer Sergio Garcia told City News Service.

Two victims, whose gender, age or names were not known, were pronounced dead at the scene, Garcia said.

According to reports from the scene, both vehicles overturned after the accident.

Two other victims were taken to hospital in unknown condition.
