Silver alert issued for Bel Aire man with memory problems

BEL AIRE, Kansas (KSNW) – On Friday at 6:45 p.m., the Bel Aire Police Department issued a Silver Alert for a Bel Aire man.

Darrell S. Cummings, 68, was last seen Thursday at his apartment in the 5700 block of N. Lycee St. in Bel Aire.

Cummings is described as 5’7″ tall and weighing approximately 175 pounds. He is bald and has blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and gray shorts.

He also has a mild to moderate cognitive impairment that affects his decision-making ability and short-term memory loss. He may appear confused, dizzy, or disoriented.
