10:52 am: Police are blocking SW Roxbury westbound in the area of ​​SW 28th and eastbound at 30th. They are trying to stop a man who was reportedly hitting people and signs with a shovel in several areas of West Seattle this morning. Officers have also told dispatch that he appears to be armed with at least one knife. No injuries have been reported, but avoid the area for a while.
