Development of police activity in Newark

(KRON) – There is currently a police incident in Newark near Jarvis Avenue and Newark Boulevard near a Chevron gas station Friday morning.

Video from the scene shows a Newark Police Criminal Evidence Response Team vehicle and at least four patrol cars at the gas station. The area is cordoned off with crime scene tape. The video shows a bag, clothing and shoes on the ground outside the store.
