The dump truck driver, Laamas Arthur, 55, of Port Norris, was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries, said State Police Sergeant Jeffrey Lebron.

Police arrived in Commercial Township at 8:57 a.m. Woolson was traveling west on Highland Street while Arthur was traveling north on Steep Run Road in a Mack truck, Lebron said.

Arthur ran a stop sign at the intersection and crashed into the side of the Chrysler in which Woolson was sitting with four children, authorities said.

A 16-year-old girl suffered moderate injuries, Lebron said. Two 4-year-old boys and a 2-year-old girl suffered minor injuries.

The accident remains under investigation, but no charges have been filed.
