4 people arrested after shoplifting in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee

MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) – Four people from Nashville were arrested Thursday after reportedly attempting to flee following a shoplifting incident at a Walmart in Mt. Juliet.

Mt. Juliet police said their officers had arrested the four shoplifting suspects. Three of them were wanted, while the fourth was a convicted felon in possession of drugs and a stolen weapon.


According to authorities, the following four people were arrested on Thursday, June 20:

  • A 29-year-old man was wanted out of Nashville for aggravated burglary, domestic violence bail jumping, and two warrants for failure to appear.
  • A 23-year-old man was wanted for probation violations in Nashville
  • A 36-year-old woman was wanted for probation violations in Nashville
  • A 26-year-old man in possession of heroin, methamphetamine and a handgun stolen from Nashville in 2020

According to authorities, all four people were charged with various crimes related to the drugs discovered.

No further details were released about the identities of the suspects or the shoplifting that led to their arrest.
