1 man dead in shooting in Tuscaloosa late Thursday

The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit is investigating after a man was shot in a West Tuscaloosa home late Thursday night.

VCU Captain Marty Sellers said the shooting occurred in the 800 block of 33rd Avenue.

The name and age of the victim have not yet been released, nor has any information about possible suspects.
