NS-News: Fatal bicycle accident in Tupperville

Police are looking for witnesses to a fatal incident involving a gasoline-powered bicycle in Tupperville, New York, Monday afternoon.

The RCMP believes a man fell off his bicycle on Highway 201 around 2 p.m.

The 71-year-old man from Annapolis Royal was taken by helicopter to the hospital in Halifax with serious injuries, where he later died.

The Annapolis County District RCMP would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident.

They also say the bike has not been found.
