Browns defensive end Lonnie Phelps arrested in this strange incident

Defensive player for the Cleveland Browns Lonnie Phelps was reportedly arrested for drunk driving and property damage in Key West, Florida, after he drove his SUV into a restaurant and refused to cooperate with police, according to an incident report obtained by TMZ Sports on Thursday (20 June).

The incident reportedly occurred around 8:47 p.m. local time in front of the Red Shoe Island Bistro. Key West police were called to the scene for a traffic accident and upon arrival found a black Hyundai wedged into the side of the restaurant.

Phelps, 23, and his girlfriend were identified to police by witnesses at the scene, but neither cooperated when police attempted to question them, the incident report states.
