Two seriously injured in motorcycle accident in Wethersfield: report

WETHERSFIELD, CT — A major state highway is closed in Wethersfield Friday morning due to a motorcycle crash that left two people seriously injured.

According to the state Department of Transportation, Route 15 South is closed between exits 87 and 85 following a single-vehicle crash that reportedly involved a motorcycle.

The accident was first reported at 1:50 a.m. and it is still “unknown” when police will complete their investigation.
