Delaware State Police seek suspects in connection with robbery at Concord Mall

Delaware State Police are currently investigating a robbery that occurred at the Sunglass Hut kiosk inside Macy’s at Concord Mall in Wilmington. The incident, which escalated from a shoplifting incident, occurred on June 17, 2024 at approximately 5:40 p.m.

According to the investigation, five unknown suspects approached the kiosk and confiscated several pairs of glasses. As they attempted to leave the store with the unpaid goods, they were confronted by an employee. During the altercation, a suspect dropped a bag of stolen glasses and used pepper spray on the employee. The group then fled with the remaining glasses in a silver sedan.

State police have identified one of the suspects as Itaijiyah Clark as part of their investigation and have issued arrest warrants for her. However, Clark is still at large and the other four suspects, described as black women, have not been identified. Surveillance footage or images of the suspects and their vehicle have not been released.

Itaijiyah Clark is wanted for several serious crimes. Delaware State Police are asking anyone with information regarding this incident or the whereabouts of the suspects to come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation.

  • $5,000 reward offered for information on suspect in 2017 Boston murder case

    The United States Marshals are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Alan Lewis, 38, of Brockton, who is wanted for murder. Lewis is suspected of shooting 37-year-old Brent Stevenson of Boston on November 6, 2017.

    Lewis’ last known residence was at 88 Reservoir Street in Brockton. He is described as a black male, 38 years old, 6’1″ tall, 205 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, a stocky build, and prominent tattoos on both forearms with the words “KILLER” and “BEES.”

    The incident occurred at approximately 6:38 p.m. when Boston Police officers from District D-4 (South End) responded to reports of shots fired at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Boylston Street. A car crash was subsequently reported at 333 Massachusetts Avenue, where the driver, later identified as Stevenson, was found with gunshot wounds. Stevenson was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.

    Boston Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this tragic event. They urge anyone with information regarding Alan Lewis to contact the Fugitive Unit at (617) 343-5059.   • Suspect charged in fatal shooting at Oxon Hill football game

    The Prince George’s County Police Department Homicide Unit has arrested and charged 29-year-old Dajuon Meniefield of Bowie with the murder of 33-year-old Christopher Mozee of District Heights. The incident occurred during a youth football game at Potomac High School in Oxon Hill on June 15, 2024.

    Emergency responders arrived at the scene around 11:20 a.m. and found Mozee in the stands with gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. A second victim, a child, also suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the incident.

    Meniefield was arrested with the assistance of Hagerstown police. He is charged with first- and second-degree murder, among other things. According to initial investigations, the motive for the shooting is a personal dispute between Mozee and Meniefield, who knew each other.

  • Philadelphia police seek suspect in burglary and vandalism at Waldorf school

    The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division is actively seeking information to identify a suspect involved in a recent commercial burglary at the Waldorf School, 6000 Wayne Ave.

    The incident was reported on June 9, 2024 by a school employee who stated that an unknown black female entered the property and later vandalized it. Surveillance footage showed the suspect entering the school property and committing the act of vandalism in the late evening to early morning hours of June 7 and 8.

    Authorities are asking anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or whereabouts to come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation.

  • Accident under the influence of alcohol on the Kings Highway leads to serious charges against the driver

    A serious rollover car crash occurred on Kings Highway, in which two women were injured but fortunately survived. The incident occurred on June 18th at approximately 4:50 a.m. Deputy MA Holub responded to a report of a vehicle leaving the road in the 1300 block.

    Upon arrival, it was apparent that the vehicle was travelling westbound before crossing the median, overturning and landing on the east side of the motorway. The crash caused the roof of the vehicle to be dented, airbags to deploy and debris to be scattered across the scene. Notably, an empty box of Twisted Tea was found amongst the debris, suggesting alcohol was involved.

    Both passengers showed clear signs of being drunk, with the driver initially falsely claiming that no one was driving. Further investigations revealed that the 20-year-old had previously had his driver’s license revoked due to another incident involving driving while under the influence of alcohol.

    She faces several charges, including driving under the influence of alcohol, maiming while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and reckless driving. Both the driver and passenger were taken to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries following the accident.

  • Arrest in Baltimore murder case

    Baltimore Police have announced the arrest of 65-year-old Tony Stewart, a Baltimore resident, in connection with a murder that occurred on June 16, 2024. The incident occurred at a home in the 1800 block of Spence Street in the South District.

    According to investigators, Stewart is accused of stabbing 46-year-old April Patterson to death. After investigating, investigators arrested Stewart that same day and took him to the Central Booking Intake Facility. He is charged with first- and second-degree murder.
