Man (20) receives 15 years in prison for raping his sister (12)

In the first incident, he took the minor into his bedroom and forcibly removed her skirt and underwear before raping her once. He threatened to attack her if she told anyone about it.

This happened while the grandmother and sister were in another bedroom in the house.

The defendant then raped his sister several times when the mother was not at home.

On April 12, 2024, the girl did not go to school and told her mother that she was sick and her private parts were itchy.

Her mother noticed that her genitals were swollen and had a watery discharge.

The crime only came to light on April 14, 2024, when the defendant went to the police station to obtain a police report and have the plaintiff medically examined. He presented a photograph of the plaintiff’s private parts stored on his mobile phone.

Police investigations revealed that the photograph was part of a chain of messages exchanged between the defendant and the plaintiff, which revealed that he had raped her on several occasions.
