Houston announces two major appointments for its management team

Sydney, Australia – Houston, a brand strategy and design firm, strengthened its leadership team with the promotion of Gretel Maltabarow has general manager And Stacey Saunders has general manager, the appointments will take effect immediately. They will report directly to Stu O’Brien, CEO and Founder of Houston.

In her new role as Managing Director, Maltabarow will have the opportunity to further develop Houston’s core competencies and creative and strategic rigor, promote cross-divisional collaboration, cultivate new business prospects and maintain its existing customer base. To promote the company’s continued success, she will also continue to lead the Houston account services division and work closely with O’Brien and Saunders. Maltabarow, who previously worked as group account director, has been in Houston for eight years.

As the new Managing Director, Saunders’ responsibilities include delivering and managing the pipeline, improving the agency’s business performance and culture, and driving innovation through changes in systems and talent development. Saunders, who previously served as chief of staff, will celebrate ten years in Houston in 2024, where she has held numerous internal operational responsibilities within the agency.
