Six people were killed and 13 injured in Russian attacks on Ukraine over the past day, regional authorities said on June 21.

Russia targeted a total of ten Ukrainian regions – Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Luhansk, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhia, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kharkiv and Donetsk. Casualties were reported in the last three regions.

The districts of Pokrovsk, Bakhmut and Kramatorsk came under Russian attack in Donetsk Oblastsaid Governor Vadym Filashkin.

In the village of Rozkishne, three people were killed and four injured, according to the governor. After the Russian attack on the city of Mykolaivka, one resident was killed and three injured, Filashkin said.

Russian forces attacked the town of Kostiantynivka, killing one person and wounding another, the governor said. Three more people were injured in the villages of Maksymilianivka, Pivnichne and Mykolaivka, he added.

In Kharkiv OblastOne man was injured in a Russian attack on the villages of Ruski Tyshky and Kruhli, Governor Oleh Syniehubov reported.

Russian attacks against Kherson Oblast Five houses and an administrative building were damaged, said Governor Oleksandr Prokudin. According to Prokudin, one person was killed and one injured in the region last day.

Ukrainian air defenses shot down all four Kh-59/69 missiles fired by Russia over the Kirovohrad and Kherson regions overnight, Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk said. No casualties or damage were reported.

Russian media claim Ukrainian drones attack Russian oil refinery and Yeisk military airport

An attack on the Ilya oil refinery in the Krasnodar region is said to have caused a 50 square meter fire at the site of the attack. According to local police, two people were injured.
