Orange County man arrested, charged with lewd acts with minors

A man was arrested on suspicion of lewd acts with a minor, while police continue to search for other possible victims.

The suspect was identified as 32-year-old Gilmar Lopez-Diaz, according to Fullerton police.

Lopez-Diaz was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor.

The incidents reportedly occurred between 2016 and 2017 in the city of Fullerton, police said.

Details of the incidents have not been released, but investigators believe there may be other victims of Lopez-Diaz who have not yet come forward.

The suspect’s photo has been released as authorities continue to investigate the case.
