TBI issues Silver Alert for missing man last seen in Cumberland County, Tennessee

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public’s help in locating an 80-year-old man who disappeared from Cumberland County.

According to the TBI, a Silver Alert has been issued for Roger Phillips Sr., who was last seen on Wednesday, June 19.


The TBI said Phillips may have been wearing black sweatpants with a white stripe down the side and black shoes. He may have also been driving a burgundy 2010 Ford F-150 Extended Cab truck with Tennessee license plate “191 BHKL.”

Phillips is 6 feet tall, weighs about 180 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who has seen Phillips is asked to call the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office at 931-585-6176 or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
