Police search for passenger who attacked tram driver at St. Pete Pier

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) – Police in St. Petersburg are searching for a passenger who attacked a streetcar driver at the St. Pete Pier earlier this month.

According to police, the driver was attacked while riding the tram on Saturday, June 8. The driver suffered minor injuries.

Investigators released a photo of the wanted man. He was wearing a long-sleeved shirt and a Tampa Bay Rays cap.
