Two dead after construction accident in Wayne County

Two people died in an accident at a Wayne County construction site Wednesday morning. According to reports, Brian Edwards of Honesdale was driving a dump truck at the Wayco, Inc. quarry and asphalt plant in Palmyra Township when he suffered a suspected medical emergency and became unconscious, causing the dump truck to roll backward and strike James Martzen of Waymart. Martzen and Edwards both died. Autopsies on both men are scheduled for Friday in Wayne County.
