Riverside man arrested, charged with indecent touching of customer at Rancho Cucamonga massage parlor – Redlands Daily Facts

A Riverside man was arrested last week on suspicion of inappropriately touching a customer at a massage parlor in Rancho Cucamonga. Authorities believe there may be more victims.

Charles Russell, a certified massage therapist, was arrested June 12 after a customer reported to authorities that he was inappropriately touched during a massage in May at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, 8700 block of 19th Street, near Carnelian Street, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Russell, 56, was arrested on sexual assault and false imprisonment charges. The sheriff’s department posted his photo on social media and it can be viewed here.
