Tulsa police confirmed the death of a man who was shot near 91st Street and Mingo Wednesday morning.

Tulsa police confirmed the death of a man who was shot near 91st Street and Mingo Wednesday morning.

Officers say the man was in the process of breaking into a vehicle when the owner of the vehicle came out to confront the man. They say an argument ensued and the owner of the car shot the man.

The police say that no arrests have been made at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
