Pennsylvania man dies in traffic accident on Route 31 in Clinton Township

A Pennsylvania man was killed in a traffic accident in Clinton Township on Tuesday, according to the Hunterdon County District Attorney’s Office.

The accident occurred around 2:15 p.m. on Route 31 near Riley & Jake’s restaurant. Officials say a dump truck collided with a Toyota sedan and then the Toyota collided with a Volkswagen.

The Toyota’s passenger was killed in the accident. He was identified as 70-year-old Arthur Latzko of Stroudsburg.

The driver of the Toyota as well as the driver and passenger of the Volkswagen were treated for minor injuries.
