New Albany police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a home on Wednesday. Police said they were called to the 3400 block of Greenview Drive around 4 p.m. about a possible homicide. When police arrived at the home, they found a man dead inside. They did not release the man’s name or cause of death, but said he was 56 years old. Police did not disclose whether or not this is a homicide investigation. There was another man inside the home who was taken into custody, police said. They did not disclose at this time what connection he had to the incident or if he has been charged. Police said there are no suspects at large at this time. Police did not disclose whether or not this is a homicide investigation. New Albany Criminal Investigation Division, along with Indiana State Police, are conducting the investigation.

New Albany police are investigating after a man was found dead in a home on Wednesday.

Police said they were called to the 3400 block of Greenview Drive around 4 p.m. on a report of a possible homicide.

When police entered the house, they found a dead man inside. They did not release the man’s name or cause of death, but said he was 56 years old.

Police did not disclose whether this was a murder investigation or not.

Another man was in the house and taken into custody, police said. They did not provide any information at this time about his connection to the incident or whether he was facing charges.

Police said there are currently no other suspects.
