According to police, two men tried to steal a Corvette from a car dealership

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis police are investigating a car theft at a local auto dealership.

On June 18, officers responded to a call of an attempted car theft at Jim Keras Chevrolet on Covington Pike.

Officers were informed that a black Infiniti with a broken sunroof had entered the property of Jim Keras Chevrolet.

Two armed men got out of the Infiniti, approached a purple Corvette, smashed the side window and attempted to steal the vehicle.

After failing to steal the Corvette, they returned to their vehicle and left the premises.

No arrests were made.
