Woman found dead in South Union Avenue trailer, suspect arrested: Sheriff’s Office

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – Kern County officials said a man has been arrested on murder charges after a woman was found dead in a mobile home on South Union Avenue on Tuesday.

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office said officers were called to the 900 block of South Union Avenue around 4:30 a.m. for a report of suspicious circumstances. There, officers found the body of a woman in a mobile home.


Investigators then identified 43-year-old Jesus Navarro Razo as a suspect in her murder. The sheriff’s office did not release any information about the relationship between Razo and the victim or any other details of the incident.

The coroner will release the victim’s identity at a later date.
