Taylor’s First Alert forecast for Wednesday afternoon

Winds will pick up again today! A wind warning will be in effect along the coast today, and there may be some gusts up to 35 mph from the east and southeast. Coastal flooding will likely become a problem again, especially in Hancock County. A Coastal Flood Warning is in effect for southern Hancock County through Thursday afternoon. Significant coastal flooding is possible, especially at high tide this morning. We are also monitoring a possible tropical cyclone in the Gulf. Here is the latest forecast.
