One lane closed after a car overturned southbound near Twin Bridge

HENDERSON, Ky. (WFIE) – Emergency crews are responding to a crash near the Twin Bridges in Henderson County.

According to authorities, a car overturned in the area.

We were told the accident occurred just past the Twin Bridge heading south.

According to officials, one of the southbound lanes on US 41 is currently closed. It is currently unclear how long this closure will last.

Emergency crews on scene said the driver of the overturned vehicle had already gotten out of the vehicle when they arrived.
