Two people were airlifted after a tractor rollover accident in Seneca County

Two people were airlifted from the scene of a tractor rollover accident in Seneca County on Monday.

According to our partners at Cayuga/Seneca Fire Wire, the Interlaken and Trumansburg fire departments were on scene, as were Trumansburg Ambulance, LifeNet and Guthrie Air.

The accident occurred along State Route 96 in Covert and left two with serious injuries.

Further information about the incident could not be confirmed as of Tuesday morning. However, official updates are expected later today.
