Priem, who had worked a 14-hour shift on the set of the ABC series immediately before the incident, died on May 11 when his Toyota Highlander veered off a Los Angeles freeway and flipped onto its roof.

The autopsy report found that Priem died of “sudden cardiac arrest” and that there were “no fatal traumatic injuries.”
