Two dead and two injured in shooting in Richmond

RICHMOND – Police responded to a four-person shooting here Tuesday afternoon that left two men dead, authorities said.

The shooting occurred near the intersection of 7th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Richmond. Police said they received an alert from a gunshot detector around 4:15 p.m.

Police said all four victims were adult men, but their names and ages were not immediately available. Police have not yet said whether they have determined a motive, how many shooters were involved or whether any of the victims were armed.

No arrests were made.
