  • A woman accused real estate agent Tal Alexander and his brother Alon of raping her in 2012.
  • In a lawsuit, the woman claims that a third brother, Oren Alexander, witnessed the rape.
  • Two other women have accused Oren and Alon of rape in separate court cases.

A woman has accused star real estate agent Tal Alexander and his brother Alon of raping her in a Manhattan apartment in 2012.

The allegation was made in a lawsuit filed Tuesday in a New York state court. Earlier this year, two other women filed separate lawsuits accusing Alon and a third brother, Oren Alexander, of rape.

In the latest lawsuit, Angelica Parker accuses Alon and Tal of attacking her in her SoHo apartment in the fall of 2012 while Oren watched.

Parker said she met Oren in 2012 and developed a “brief personal relationship” with him. Parker says she and a friend met Oren and Alon at the apartment at 543 Broadway in the fall of that year.

The friend left after Alon began “groping” her and waited in the stairwell out of concern for Parker, the lawsuit says. Parker’s attorney says in the lawsuit that Alon then raped her orally and vaginally, and that during the vaginal rape, Tal “proceeded to forcibly orally rape Ms. Parker against her will.”

Oren “sat and watched as Ms. Parker was raped by his brothers,” the indictment says.

Isabelle Kirshner, a defense attorney for Alon and Oren, said the brothers denied the allegations in Parker’s lawsuit.

“They are pure fiction,” Kirshner said in a statement. “We look forward to presenting the facts in court.”

Michael Willemin, Parker’s lawyer, said in a statement that the case should “send the message that the law applies even to the very wealthy and well-connected, including the Alexanders.”

“We have no doubt that Angelica will prevail in this matter,” said Willemin.

A lawyer for Tal Alexander did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment on the allegation on Tuesday.

Tal and Oren were among the biggest names in the lucrative business of selling high-priced homes. They also made a name for themselves in the brokerage business for their aggressive approach to courting wealthy clients and forcing other agents out of transactions.

Two years ago, the pair split from Douglas Elliman, the well-known brokerage firm they had worked for for more than a decade, and co-founded Official Partners, a company focused exclusively on the top tier of the residential real estate market.

In March, two women accused Oren and his identical twin brother Alon (36) of rape in separate lawsuits in a New York state court. In one case, Rebecca Mandel said, Oren and Alon met her in a Manhattan nightclub in 2012, slipped alcohol into her drink and invited her to a party at their apartment. When they arrived, the apartment was empty, and Alon and Oren held her down and took turns raping her, she said.

In the second lawsuit, Kate Whiteman alleged that Oren and Alon kidnapped her from a nightclub in a private car in 2012 and raped her in a mansion in the Hamptons.

Evan Torgan, the attorney for Mandel and Whiteman, said his clients were “devastated” for Parker after hearing about her lawsuit.

“But they are really grateful that everyone else is also joining the fight,” he told BI. “Hopefully they will get justice, and all the victims will get justice, and the conflict will finally end.”

Oren announced last week that he would take a “pause” from official partners while he defends himself against “these baseless civil lawsuits.”

“I am confident that through review of the extensive evidence, including text messages and other communications, the truth will emerge,” he said.

Last Friday, Official sent a message to its employees saying that Oren’s brokerage license had been revoked from the firm “and the process of his removal from the property is already well underway.”

A spokesman for Official Partners said the company had no immediate comment on the new lawsuit or whether Tal would remain with the company.
