Atlanta-based Delta Airlines Ranked No. 1 in Satisfaction – WSB-TV Channel 2

ATLANTA — Atlanta-based Delta Airlines is known for its passenger satisfaction.

Delta Received High Ratings in JD Power’s 2024 North American Airline Satisfaction Study

The airline ranked first in both the business and premium economy segments of the study.

“This is a wonderful reflection of our enhanced customer experience, fueled by unparalleled service from our 100,000 Delta associates worldwide,” said Ed Bastian, CEO of Delta Air Lines. “I am incredibly proud of our team for continually raising the bar for our customers.”

Delta ranked highly in categories such as travel experience day, digital tools and airline staff, among others.

Last month, Delta announced that non-union employees would receive a 5% raise.

The airline is also raising its starting minimum wage to $19 an hour.

Delta made $4.6 billion last year, more than United, American, Southwest and Alaska Airlines combined.
