Silver Alert issued for missing 74-year-old man from the Highlands

HIGHLAND, Indiana – A Silver Alert has been issued for a 74-year-old man last seen in Highland Monday morning.

According to the report, Highland Police are investigating the disappearance of 74-year-old Edward Harrington. Harrington is described as being about 6 feet tall, weighing about 180 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

The report states that Harrington was last seen in Highland around 9 a.m. on Monday. Harrington was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, jeans and sandals.

“He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention,” the warning said.
