Cordlife Group faces extended suspension by MOH

Cordlife Group (SG:P8A) has released an update.

Cordlife Group Limited has been directed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to suspend new cord blood services in Singapore for up to a further three months from 15 June 2024. The Company is working on corrective actions to address compliance issues and is not yet able to estimate the exact financial impact on its operations for the year. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when trading in the Company’s shares during this period.
