A woman lies injured on the ground in an ATV accident at Eagle Lake

One person was ejected and injured in an ATV accident around 10 p.m. in the Eagle Lake area at the intersection of Shell Beach Road and Eagle Lake Shore Road.

Two people were involved in an accident involving an all-terrain vehicle that rolled over, leaving a 49-year-old woman on the ground with injuries. She was advised not to move until paramedics arrived. Her condition is currently unknown.

Ambulances and firefighters are on the way. Fire Coordinator Jerry Briggs is currently on site along with Deputy Johnny Beauchamp and Fire Chief Chris Libbey.
