Lexington Police warn drivers of lane closures on Old Cherokee Road

LEXINGTON, SC (WOLO)– Beginning tonight, June 17, there will be intermittent lane closures nightly in the westbound lane of Old Cherokee Road between Sunset Boulevard and North Lake Drive, Lexington police say.

According to Lexington Police, the closure will last from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. and will continue nightly through Friday, June 21.

Contractors will be laying new internet cables in the area. Drivers are asked to drive carefully and remain alert.
