Gypsy Rose Blanchard admits she has “questioned” her sexuality

Gypsy Rose Blanchard admitted that she had “questioned” her sexuality and revealed that she had experimented with women during her time in prison.

“A big part of being a woman is learning to be comfortable with your sexuality, and that wasn’t the case for me for years,” said 32-year-old Gypsy in the second episode of Lifetime’s Gypsy Rose: Life after prison.

The former inmate added that as a preteen and teen, she “felt” that she was “attracted to girls.” “I was able to experiment with that in prison,” Gypsy continued. “I think I kissed more girls than boys.”

Gypsy served eight years in prison for her involvement in the murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, after discovering that the matriarch had lied to her about her health throughout her childhood. She was released in early December 2023.

Despite being behind bars, Gypsy found love with Ryan Anderson during her prison sentence and they married in July 2022.

While it initially seemed like the two were on good terms, Gypsy revealed that she and 37-year-old Ryan had split just three months after her release from prison.

“People have been asking what’s going on in my life,” Gypsy wrote on her Facebook page in March. People“Unfortunately, my husband and I are separating and I have moved to my parent’s house down the bayou. I have the support of my family and friends to help me get through this. We are together and at a wonderful point in our relationship. We know there is a long road ahead of us, but we are excited for the future.”

It seems that Gypsy and Ken, 31, are serious, and she previously said We weekly that she can imagine them having children together one day.
