Man arrested after breathalyzer test showed three times the legal limit – 95.3 MNC

Goshen police arrested a man who allegedly tested positive for alcohol at three times the legal limit on a preliminary breathalyzer test.

It happened early Tuesday evening, June 4, during a traffic stop for a traffic violation.

The driver, Joshua Lee Vannoster, 32, underwent a certified chemical test, the results of which are pending.

He was in the Elkhart County Jail.
